A2 EXPROOF UNARMORED STAINLESS CABLE GLAND (WITH NUT)
The A2 Series Exproof cable gland is fully compatible with thread norms PG (DIN 46320), Metric (EN 60423), NPT (ANSI B1.20.1) and GAS (ISO 228). The product has an IP 68 protection class and is waterproof for 30 minutes under 5 bar pressure. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +80°C. The main body material is nickel-plated MS58 brass, with 304 and 316/316L stainless steel material options available upon request (intermediate code 07 is used for 304 steel version and 17 for 316 steel version). The product carries the certification code IEP 12 ATEX 107X and has II 2G Ex db IIC Gb and II 2D Ex tb IIIC Db protection markings and meets the requirements of the 2014/34/EU ATEX directive. It offers a high quality and reliable sealing solution in hazardous areas, especially for unarmored cable connections.
