Nittan NS-DIS2 is an ionization principle smoke detector. It operates over a supply voltage range of 16-30V DC and has a maximum monitoring current of 40 µA at 24V DC. In case of alarm, the current is limited to a maximum of 65 mA. The detector can operate in an ambient temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and has an IP22 or IP55 protection rating (depending on the base used). These features make it a reliable solution for early smoke detection in conventional fire alarm systems.
