Pepperl+Fuchs KFD2-SOT2-Ex1.LB is a two-channel isolated switch amplifier designed to transfer digital signals from NAMUR sensors or mechanical contacts in hazardous areas to safe areas. The device increases system reliability by providing galvanic isolation between input, output and power supply. It operates with 20...30 V DC supply voltage and consumes a maximum current of 50 mA. It offers line break and short circuit monitoring on the input side and is equipped with passive transistor outputs on the output side. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C, the device is IP20 rated and can be DIN rail mounted.
