The Standard Series Special Thread Cable Gland is a safe and durable cable connection solution designed specifically for use in deep installation areas. The product is available in two different material options: nickel plated brass (MS 58) and stainless steel. Both versions comply with standard thread sizes such as PG (DIN 46320), Metric (EN 60423), NPT (ANSI B1.20.1) and GAS (ISO 228) and have an IP 68 protection class. The nickel-plated version in brass offers high resistance and corrosion resistance over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. The stainless steel version offers durability over a similar temperature range and is available in different grades such as 303, 304, 316 and 316L. Both types of glands meet the needs of different application areas by providing secure installation of standard cables.
